A well laid out, tree lined, 9 hole pay and play course with good greens.
Amida Golf (formally Twickenham Golf Course) is set on a mature piece of park land, with a plenty of trees and shrubs which gives the course real definition. The fairways have generous areas of semi-rough, the teeing areas are excellent, and the greens though small are really very good. With bunkers on every hole and a pond that comes into play on two holes, as well as a few water ditches and some very slopey greens this is a great nine hole course.

The first hole is a relatively straight forward 324 yard par 4, although with trees all down the right, thick undergrowth and OB left, and a fairway bunker cutting into the fairway at 200 yards, it's a good start.

Hole two is a 385 yard par 4, the fairway is pinched 180yds out by large trees either side. The tiered green is slightly raised and sloping back to front. There is sand both sides of the green and the pond extends along the right.

The third hole a 161 yard par 3 is played across the pond to a slightly domed green with a bunker left and front right.

The fourth, a 486 yard par 5 is the longest hole on the course. The fairway narrows at 300 yards, with some large trees right and solid trees and a water ditch left. The green is quite small and narrow with 3 bunkers, so you need an accurate shot off the tee to have a chance of finding the green in two.

Hole five is a 158 yard par 3, the approach is between two large trees to a long narrow green in a circle of trees. A small bunker short right and a sloping green add to the interest.

The sixth is a straight 472 yard par 5, with scattered trees and a bunker along the left and solid trees and dense undergrowth as well as two bunkers right. The green is small and very undulating with mounds around the back and a bunker either side.

Hole seven, a 314 yard par 4 is quite open from the tee. The undulating green has mounds all around, is protected in front by a tree either side, and semi ringed by trees behind.

The eighth is a 175 yard par 3. The green is narrow, very shapely, with mounds to the sides and back, as well as two well placed bunkers.

The final hole, a 250 yard par 4, definitely tempting to go at with a long wood. The green is slightly raised with a couple of mounds to the back and two bunkers along the right.

There is an excellent practice putting area on the course, a virtual golf simulator in the golf bar area and for juniors they have a Young Masters Golf Academy (YMGA).

Amida Golf is part of a top notch sports facility, with swimming pool, spa, tennis, badminton and squash courts, 200 station gym, secure parking, and a children's play area.
